Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications for Executive Trainee Notification 2026
- Engineering Streams (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Ceramics, Metallurgy): B.E. / B.Tech Degree in the respective branch from a recognized university.
- Electrical: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Computer & IT: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT OR MCA OR 2-year PG Diploma in Computer Application Programming/Systems Management.
- Finance: Graduation with CA / ICWA OR Engineering Graduate with MBA in Finance.
- Human Resources: Graduation with 2-year PG Degree/Diploma in Sociology, Social Work, Labour Welfare, Personnel Management, IR, HR, or MBA (HR/HRM).
- Instrumentation: B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Age Limit (As on 11/08/2026): Maximum 27 Years. Age relaxations apply for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), PwBD, and Departmental candidates as per government guidelines.
Pay Scale & Selection Weightage
Stipend & Salary: Trainees undergo 6 months of training with a Basic Pay of ₹50,000/- plus IDA. Post successful completion, they are appointed as Assistant Managers in the pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000/-.
Selection Weightage Scheme:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): 70% Weightage (Bilingual MCQ test).
- Group Discussion (GD): 15% Weightage.
- Personal Interview: 15% Weightage.
