Eligibility Criteria
Nursing Officer
- 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognized board.
- B.Sc. Nursing (4 years) from an Indian Nursing Council-approved institute OR GNM with at least 45% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC).
- Active registration with MP Nurses Registration Council.
Sister Tutor
- 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1-year clinical or teaching experience after degree.
- Active registration with MP Nurses Registration Council.
Age Limit
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 40 years
- Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC – up to 45 yrs, EWS – up to 44 yrs, Ex-servicemen – as per MP rules
Salary & Allowances
- Nursing Officer: Pay Level 7 – ₹28,700/month
- Sister Tutor: Pay Level 9 – ₹36,200/month
- In-hand salary: Nursing Officer ₹42,000–55,000, Sister Tutor ₹52,000–68,000
- Probation pay: 1st year – 70%, 2nd year – 80%, 3rd year – 90%
- Other benefits: NPS, medical reimbursement, LTC, earned leave encashment
