Selection Process & Evaluation Weightage
- Stage 1: Online Computer-Based Test (CBT) (80% Weightage): 100 objective questions (50 discipline knowledge + 50 general aptitude), 90 minutes duration with negative marking.
- Stage 2: Personal Interview (20% Weightage): Candidates shortlisted in a 1:7 ratio based on CBT performance.
- Stage 3: Document Verification & Pre-Employment Medical Exam: Comprehensive validation of credentials and fitness check.
